Course Overview

Step into the advanced realm of Reiki mastery with this transformative Level 3 course, designed for experienced Reiki practitioners who have completed Level 2 and the Reiki Progression Day. At this level, you will explore what it truly means to be a Reiki Master, embracing the responsibilities and spiritual growth that come with this achievement.

The course begins with a review of foundational teachings from Levels 1 and 2, ensuring a strong base for your journey into advanced techniques. You will be attuned to the Reiki Master symbol, learning its profound meaning, uses, and application in treatments. Additionally, you’ll receive additional Master symbols passed down through Usui’s lineage, deepening your practice and elevating your spiritual connection.

Master-level techniques include advanced aura clearing, distance healing, crystal work, and meditations to expand intuition and spiritual awareness. You will also explore professional standards of practice, ethics, and confidentiality, equipping you to uphold the highest integrity in your Reiki work. By the end of this course, you will be fully attuned to the Master Level, ready to integrate these advanced skills into your practice with confidence and purpose.

Course Syllabus

Reiki Master Level : Level 3 ’Shinpiden’ 

• What it means to be a Reiki Master and the responsibilities that come at this level.
• Benefits of the Master level for spiritual growth.
• Re-cap on the major teachings of Reiki 1 & 2

Reiki Attunements:

• At this level you will be attuned to the Reiki Master symbol. You will learn its meaning and uses.
• Practice drawing this symbol
• Advance techniques for using all Reiki symbols
• Learn meditation and visualisation practices

Additional Symbols:

• In this course you will receive additional Master symbols that have been handed down by your Reiki Master Teacher’s teacher and in accordance with Usui’s lineage. This will enhance and elevate your practice to an even deeper level.
• You will  learn their meanings, practice drawing them and working with them in your Reiki treatments.

Master level techniques:

• Deepening your advanced techniques with Aura clearing
• Distance healing at Master level
• How to work with crystals at Master level
• Meditations for advancing intuition and spiritual awareness

Reiki attunements:

• You will be attuned to Master Level

Standards of practice:

• Codes of ethics
• Confidentiality/ Good standards of practice

Assessment Criteria

Case studies:

You will be required to complete 5 case studies after receiving your Master attunement. 

• 5 different people for 3 treatments each to be fully written up

Certification:

• Master certificate and lineage to be provided on satisfactory completion of case studies.

NB. Please note the Reiki Master Level does not allow you to teach but we are very happy to arrange this for you if you are interested in teaching Reiki.

Entry Requirements

This level is significantly advanced from Reiki Level 2. Only available to advanced and experienced Reiki Practitioners. You must have attended the Reiki Progression day. A minimum of 6 months active practice between Progression Day and Reiki Master is also required.

Reiki Master

My journey into holistic therapies began over 20 years ago following a career in film and video production.

Initially training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tui Na to Master level - gaining a licence as a TCM acupuncturist and Qi nutritionalist - I went on to become a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition.

I continue to run a private practice near Tetbury in Gloucestershire which I established in 2013.

I regularly host seasonal well-being days and retreats in collaboration with other holistic practitioners and teachers.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of Reiki and teaching techniques that deepen students' confidence in their own intuitive healing journey and firmly believe that everyone has the capacity to practice Reiki and benefit from this non-invasive yet powerful energy healing discipline.
