There is, unfortunately, no parking at the Academy on weekdays (if your course is on a weekend or evening, you may park behind the Academy as we can overflow into the surrounding business spaces). You will receive details of finding our car park on enrolment.

For those studying on weekdays, we recommend free on-street parking on The Whiteway GL7 2ER (opposite the Cirencester Rugby Club) which is

within a 7-minute walk of the Academy.

You can also choose paid parking. The Abbey Grounds Car Park and Old Station Carpark are around £6.50 for the day and both within 5-7 minutes walk but can be very busy. Beeches Carpark is around 10 minutes walk away and £2.00 for the day.

The nearest train station is six miles away (12-15 minutes by taxi) at Kemble Station which is on the Paddington to Cheltenham Spa line. There is a local bus service that runs from Kemble Station to the centre of Cirencester. You can view the timetable here:

Please note, that there is no taxi rank at the train station so you will need to order a taxi in advance for collection.

Taxis can be found in the rank outside the parish church in the centre of Cirencester, about 250 metres from the Academy. They can also be booked (recommended for collection from the station). Local firms include:

 

Local buses run from Cirencester town centre to Cheltenham, Gloucester and Swindon as well as many outlying villages.
