Course Overview
This course is designed to enhance your understanding and practical skills in addressing pelvic mobility and lower back pain associated with anterior pelvic rotation.
Through pre-course online learning, you'll explore pelvic anatomy, covering key bones, muscles, and joints, and introduces the concept of pelvic alignment, specifically anterior tilt and its impact on posture and movement.
Participants will delve into the relationship between anterior pelvic rotation and lower back pain, learning to identify this and how to work with clients to help alleviate pain related to this.
The core of the course focuses on hands-on massage techniques for the major muscle groups crossing the pelvis, such as the hip flexors, hamstrings, adductors and glutes as well as lower back muscles including quadratrus lumborum and erector spinae group.
Ideal for massage therapists, sports massage therapists, and body workers, this course equips you with the essential tools to improve pelvic mobility and alleviate pain effectively.
